Install Issues

Sometimes there are issues installing ClassCred. Here are some things you can try:

  1. Make sure you grant Slack permission to install. You ended up here if you hit Cancel during the install process. Click here to try again.

  2. Your organization may be blocking you from installing apps. Contact your system administrator or contact us and we can work with your system administrators to help you get set up.

  3. Some other issue. You can try installing again or send us a note and we will help you figure it out.
